Allan R. Jeanjaquet is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He represents both public and private company clients, and his practice focuses on a variety of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
Allan received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was the Senior Articles Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law, Vice President for both the Asian Law Students Association and the First-Generation Law Students Association, a recipient of the Houston Bar Association Corporate Counsel Scholarship and a member of the alternative dispute resolution team. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Houston. Allan also holds a FINRA certification in Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and serves as Co-Chair of the Pro Bono & Community Relations Committee of the Asian American Bar Association of Houston.
He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
