Brett Kohler is an associate in the Washington, DC office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Brett graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2021, where he was a Business Law Scholar and Institute of International Economic Law Fellow. At Georgetown Law, he was also an Executive Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. Prior to law school, Brett worked as a consultant at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause. In 2015, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland.
