Andrew graduated as a James Kent Scholar from Columbia Law School in 2019. At Columbia, Andrew served as the Executive Production Editor on the Columbia Human Rights Law Review and a Teaching Assistant to the Honorable Jed S. Rakoff.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2012. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Andrew served as an AmeriCorps Legal Assistant at a non-profit legal service provider in Rochester, New York.
