Christopher O. Lang is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He represents both public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, recapitalizations and other complex corporate transactions.
Mr. Lang has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™ in Corporate Law for 2022 and 2023.
Mr. Lang received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2013 from the New York University School of Law, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar, a Jacobson J.D. Scholar in the Jacobson Leadership Program in Law and Business and served as a Notes Editor on the New York University Journal of Law and Business. Mr. Lang received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Finance and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from the University of Delaware in 2010, where he was the recipient of the Alexander J. Taylor Sr. Award for the most outstanding male graduate. Additionally, Mr. Lang is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charterholder and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Mr. Lang is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
