Adri Langemeier is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She represents both public and private company clients as well as private equity clients and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions/dispositions, going private transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments, venture capital investments and other strategic transactions. She also counsels clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance.

- Quidel Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEL) in its $6.0 billion business combination with UK-based, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.
- Ovintiv Inc. (NYSE: OVV) in financing of its $4.275 billion acquisition of all leasehold interest and related assets of Black Swan Oil & Gas, PetroLegacy Energy and Piedra Resources.
- Western Midstream Partners, LP (NASDAQ: WES) in its $885 million acquisition of Meritage Midstream Services II, LLC, a natural gas gathering and processing company.

- Sammons Financial Group in its purchase of a majority stake in NorthRock Partners, a wealth management firm based in Minneapolis with approximately $5 billion in assets under management.
Adri received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, magna cum laude, where she was the founder of the First Generation Law Students organization and host of the Houston Law Review podcast, Emphasis Added. She is a volunteer with Momentum Education, a local non-profit, where she connects first-generation, low-income students to resources and opportunities to help them achieve their education and career goals. She personally mentors students with an interest in the law.
