Jessica A. Lee is a litigation associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law and Litigation Practice Groups.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Jessica was an Assistant Solicitor General for the State of West Virginia. She also served as a law clerk for Judge Don. R. Willett on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Justice Jimmy Blacklock on the Texas Supreme Court, and Chief Judge Thomas E. Johnston on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
Jessica earned her law degree cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2017 where she served as an Articles and Notes Editor for the Fordham Law Review and a board member for the Federalist Society. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The King’s College in 2014.
Jessica is a member of the Texas, New York, and West Virginia state bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth and Fifth Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
