Daniel Magalotti is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Daniel earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2019, where he served as Executive Technical Editor of the Harvard Law & Policy Review. He graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Middle East Studies.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Daniel worked as an appellate fellow in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, concentrating on United States Supreme Court litigation, criminal appeals, and Second Amendment cases. From 2020 to 2021, Daniel clerked for Judge Milan D. Smith, Jr. on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and from 2019 to 2020, he clerked for Justice David N. Wecht on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Daniel is admitted to practice in the States of Colorado and New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
