Prachi Mistry is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices with the firm’s Litigation Department. Prachi represents clients in connection with high stakes matters related to data privacy, intellectual property, class actions, government investigations and counsels clients on risk assessment. She has experience representing companies on a variety of technologies including relating to social media, cryptocurrency, facial recognition, and pharmaceuticals.
Prachi received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine where she also received her Doctor of Philosophy and Masters of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience. Prior to law school, Prachi worked on research related to computational cognitive modeling and decision-making and has worked with behavioral, physiological and neural data. Accordingly, she has experience with artificial intelligence, automated decision-making and predictive modeling.
