Sheldon Nagesh is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance Practice Group.
He advises public companies and their boards of directors on a wide range of corporate law matters, including securities and corporate governance issues, compliance with SEC regulations, shareholder engagement, company policies, shareholder proposals and responses to SEC inquiries.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Sheldon practiced with another international law firm and served as an Associate General Counsel at Freddie Mac and as a corporate and securities secondee at a large publicly-traded energy company.
He received his law degree in 2014 from The University of Texas School of Law and earned a B.S. degree cum laude in 2011 from The University of Florida.
Sheldon is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
