Bao Nguyen is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.
Bao advises on mergers and acquisitions with a focus on corporate and private equity transactions.
She studied law at the University of Gießen, Germany, and passed her First State Examination in 2020. Before completing her Second State Examination at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, Bao was a research assistant and trainee in the Frankfurt office of renowned international law firms. She obtained her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Miami, Florida in 2024 and has been admitted as German lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) since 2024.
In addition to her native German, Bao is fluent in English and speaks Vietnamese.
