Krishna Parikh

Associate Attorney

Krishna Parikh is an England and Wales qualified associate in the Dubai office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions groups.

Krishna advises on a range of corporate transactional and advisory matters and has experience advising on private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and other general corporate advisory matters.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Krishna was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice groups of another US law firm.

Krishna has also completed a secondment to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) where he supported the finance and investments function on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Delivery Hero and talabat in connection with the the $2 billion initial public offering (IPO) and listing of talabat on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), marking the largest technology sector IPO globally and the largest IPO in the GCC in 2024. 
  • ADNOC on its acquisition of an interest in Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company (Masdar) and creation of world-leading green hydrogen investment platform, ‘Masdar Green Hydrogen’.
  • ADNOC Distribution on its acquisition of a 50% stake in Egyptian fuel retail operator TotalEnergies Marketing Egypt.
  • ADNOC Gas plc and shareholder ADNOC in connection with the $2.5 billion initial public offering of ADNOC Gas, marking the largest-ever listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the largest IPO globally to date in 2023.
  • ADNOC, Borealis AG and Borouge plc in connection with the $2 billion initial public offering of Borouge. This was the largest-ever listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) at the time.
  • Fertiglobe plc and shareholder ADNOC in connection with Fertiglobe’s $795 million initial public offering and listing on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). It was the first ever IPO of a free-zone company on ADX. Awarded Equity Deal of the Year at the IFLR Middle East Awards 2022.
  • An automotive and mobility investment company on its proposed establishment of a joint venture to develop an autonomous vehicle.
  • An automotive and mobility investment company on acquisition of a minority interest in a mobility solutions company.
  • A global leader in fresh fruits production and distribution on its acquisition of a South American fruit producer and exporter.
