Jan Przerwa is an associate in the Brussels office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he is a member of the Firm’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group.
Jan’s practice covers all areas of competition law, focusing on abuse of dominance, compliance, and merger control proceedings, as well as tech regulatory matters (e.g. Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act). He has experience across a wide range of commercial industries, including online advertising, cloud computing, Internet of Things, online retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and basic industries.
Jan holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from Maastricht University, an LL.M in Competition Law from King’s College London, and an LL.M. in International Economic Law, Business & Policy from Stanford University.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn in 2022, Jan worked as a competition associate at an international law firm in Brussels.
Jan is a native Polish speaker and is also fluent in English.
