Juliette Rafael is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She practices in the firm's Corporate Department and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and the Private Equity practice groups.
Juliette has a broad-based practice encompassing public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments, secondary transactions, seed investments and continuation fund transactions, “GP stakes” transactions, portfolio company investments, strategic partnerships, and other complex corporate matters. *
Juliette received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, she served as Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, and an honors intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
Juliette is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California.
