Daniel Reich is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group.
He advises on national and international tax law focusing on M&A and private equity transactions as well as on tax-efficient reorganization and structuring.
Daniel earned his law degree in 2018 from the University of Heidelberg. During his studies he was a research assistant at their Institute for Public Finance and Tax Law. He completed his legal traineeship at the Regional Court Heidelberg and in the tax department of an international law firm in Frankfurt. He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2023.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Daniel worked in the tax department of a renowned international law firm.
Daniel is fluent in German, English and Russian.
