Elizabeth Romefelt is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Elizabeth represents both public and private companies and financial sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions. She also advises clients with respect to governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Elizabeth was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. She earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, in 2014 from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was an Associate Editor on the Texas Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of Michigan in 2010.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
