Matt Rowe is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he practices in the firm’s Corporate Department and is a member of the Business Restructuring and Reorganization, and Finance Practice Groups.
His practice is primarily focused on the corporate finance element of restructurings and reorganizations, with significant experience in debt exchanges, distressed investments, debtor-in-possession and rescue financings, loan syndications, and other in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School in 2019, where he served as an Associate of the Cornell Law Review. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and English, cum laude, from the University of Washington in 2016. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Matt was an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency group of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP in New York.
Matt is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
