Maximilian Schniewind is an associate in the Munich office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm‘s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets Practice Groups.
Maximilian focuses on corporate transactions and corporate law and advises clients on the various issues of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
He studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich, focusing on corporate and capital market law. Maximilian obtained his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2020 and has been admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) since 2020.
Prior to his LL.M. studies and to joining Gibson Dunn, he worked for a renowned international law firm in Munich.
In addition to his native German, Maximilian is fluent in English.
