Alicia Shi is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in Hong Kong and is an associate. She is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.
Alicia focuses on advising Asia-based private fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds and related regulatory and compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate in the Hong Kong office of Weil Gotshal.

She earned an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in 2016, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
