Zach G. Silvers is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Financial Institutions, Financial Regulatory, FinTech and Digital Assets Practice Groups. Zach has represented traditional financial institution, FinTechs, payments platforms, licensed lenders, money transmitters, and companies in the digital asset ecosystem in a variety of transactional and regulatory matters.
Zach received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School where he served as a member of the International Law Review and as Co-President of Street Law. Zach earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
Zach is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
