Alexandra (“Ali”) Speiss is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds practice group.
Her practice focuses on representing private fund sponsors on the organization and structuring of private investment funds.
Ali graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During her time in law school, Ali was a member of the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, where she provided pro bono transactional legal services to Philadelphia area entrepreneurs and businesses. Upon graduation, Ali received the Outstanding Pro Bono Award. She also earned a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School.
Prior to law school, Ali received a B.A. in International Relations from Tulane University.
Ali is admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
