Hayden Theis is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group. He represents public and private companies in a range of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, fund formations, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, REIT and real estate transactions, and restructurings.
Hayden received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2022, where he served as an editor of both the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and the Texas Review of Law and Politics. In 2018, he graduated cum laude from Marquette University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration.
Hayden is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
