Nate Tisa is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Appellate and Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Groups.
Nate clerked for Judge Neomi J. Rao on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Carlos T. Bea on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to clerking, Nate graduated magna cum laude and order of the coif from New York University School of Law, where he was an ASPIRE Cybersecurity Law Scholar, Lederman Law and Economics Fellow, Senior Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Liberty, and received the Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Prize.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where he was a Krogh International Governance Scholar and served as student body president. Prior to law school, Nate worked as a cybersecurity consultant in Washington, D.C.
Nate is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, and D.C. Circuits.
