Nell Tooley

Associate Attorney

Nell Tooley is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Richard L. Gabriel, of the Colorado Supreme Court.

Nell earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2023, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school, Nell served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Timothy Tymkovich of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, was a member of Colorado Law’s National Mock Trial Team, and served as a teaching fellow for torts and criminal law.

Nell earned her undergraduate degree in International Studies and Hispanic Studies, cum laude, from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to law school, Nell served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica.

Nell is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado.
