Sophie Walshe

Associate Attorney

Sophie Walshe is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Tax Practice Group.

She advises clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and asset finance.

Sophie has a particular focus on advising on the establishment of real estate funds and their deal and investment structuring and the tax aspects of commercial real estate transactions including real estate financing.

She is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Sophie was an associate in the Tax practice of another international law firm.
