Dan Warner is an English-qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and practises in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.
Dan has experience in all areas of commercial dispute resolution but with a particular focus on competition litigation and class actions. He has broad-based experience, encompassing disputes in the English High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, Employment Tribunal and under rules of arbitration.
Dan is recognised in Legal 500 UK 2023 as a key lawyer in the field of Commercial Litigation, and clients describe him as having “excellent legal and technical knowledge, particularly in relation to competition litigation” and being “very thorough and hard working.”
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Dan trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm where he practised as an associate for four years.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Bristol.
