Ruoqi Wei is an associate attorney in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
She received her Juris Doctor with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 2024. While in Texas Law, she participated in the Children’s Rights Clinic and worked as a research assistant. She received her Bachelor of Law, with minor in Management, from Zhejiang University of Technology in 2016 and received her Juris Master from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018. Before she went to Texas Law, she practiced at a global law firm in China, where she focused on M&A and cross-border transactions.
