Chase Weidner is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 2021 to 2022, and to the Honorable Diane Gujarati of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York from 2020 to 2021.
Chase received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2019 from New York University School of Law. He served as a managing editor of the Annual Survey of American Law where he published a note on agency guidance documents. Chase was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Prior to law school, he taught science in Houston, Texas, as a Teach for America corps member, and received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College where he was a letterman on the lightweight rowing team.
Chase is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
