Alexa Yarnell is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Alexa graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was on the Dean’s List. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Stanley Blumenfeld Jr., United States District Judge for the Central District of California and the Honorable Martin R. Barash, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. Alexa was also a research assistant, served as a member of the Georgetown Immigration Journal, and was in the Federal Legislation Clinic.
Alexa received her M.S.W. and B.S.W in Social Work from New York University.
Alexa is admitted to practice in the State of California.
