San Francisco partner Rachel Brass and Los Angeles partners Jay Srinivasan and Daniel Swanson were named to the Daily Journal’s Top Antitrust Lawyers 2022 list, which features California’s top antitrust lawyers. The list was published on November 16, 2022.
Rachel Brass is co-chair of Gibson Dunn’s Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. Her extensive antitrust and competition experience includes litigation and trial of indirect and direct purchaser claims, international cartel matters, mergers and acquisitions, grand jury investigations, and other antitrust investigations by the Federal Trade Commission, United States Department of Justice, European Commission, Canadian Competition Bureau, Korean Fair Trade Commission, Japan Fair Trade Commission and Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, as well as litigation in trial and appellate courts.
Jay Srinivasan is Co-Partner in Charge of Gibson Dunn’s Los Angeles office. He represents a wide range of clients in the energy, entertainment, medical, and high tech industries in litigation, and also provides antitrust advice in the context of mergers/joint collaborations, government investigations, and proposed business practices. He is a co-editor of the current edition of the ABA’s Antitrust/Intellectual Property Handbook.
Daniel Swanson’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition law, including trial and appellate litigation, class actions, grand jury and civil investigations, merger review, regulatory and competition policy matters, and antitrust counseling. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, which is the world’s largest organization of international antitrust practitioners.
