The Recorder named Farshad Morè as Real Estate Lawyer of the Year and Rose Ring as a Women Leaders in Tech Law (Litigation) winner at its annual California Legal Awards. Additionally, Kahlil Yearwood was named a Mentorship Award finalist, and the firm was named as a finalist in the Innovation in Diversity and Inclusion, Law Firm of the Year, and Tech Industry Litigation Department of the Year categories. The awards were presented on October 15, 2024.

Farshad Morè’s real estate practice experience includes representation of opportunity and private equity funds, REITs, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers and operators, lenders and borrowers in a broad range of matters.

Rose Ring is Co-Chair of the firm’s Technology Litigation Practice Group and the Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on consumer class actions and intellectual property disputes.

Kahlil Yearwood is Co-Partner in Charge of Gibson Dunn’s San Francisco office, where he serves as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department, with a practice focused on commercial real estate finance and capital markets.
