The Daily Journal named Theodore J. Boutrous Jr., Christopher Dusseault, and Theane Evangelis among its 2024 Top 100 Lawyers. The annual list honors the “top-performing attorneys in California.” The profiles were published on September 4, 2024.
Theodore J. Boutrous Jr. has represented clients in federal and state appellate courts throughout the nation in a wide spectrum of cases. He has argued hundreds of appeals, including before the Supreme Court of the United States, 12 different federal circuit courts of appeals, and 11 different state supreme courts, and he has led a multitude of other complex civil, constitutional, and criminal matters.
Christopher Dusseault is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on antitrust, class action, and complex commercial litigation matters. In his antitrust practice, he has defended clients against claims of conspiracy, monopolization, and exclusive dealing.
Theane Evangelis is Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s global Litigation Practice Group and one of the country’s leading litigators. She represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the nation in a wide spectrum of cases and has argued and won high-profile, groundbreaking appeals across the country, including in the Supreme Court of the United States.
