Workplace Violence Restraining Order Obtained for Non-Profit Organization
Gibson Dunn attorneys Giuliana Gabriel and Douglas Levin represented a well-known non-profit organization in obtaining a three-year extension of a workplace violence restraining order. The order was filed against an individual who engaged in a threatening course of conduct against the organization’s employees and visitors; including blocking the front doorway and physically accosting visitors. Gibson Dunn’s petition included several surveillance photos showing that the individual had continued to violate the court’s initial order on multiple occasions. The individual opted not to contest the request for a new restraining order. |
