PANELISTS:

Michael Bopp is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office. He spent more than a decade on Capitol Hill running congressional investigations in both the House and Senate and brings his extensive government and private-sector experience to help clients navigate through the most difficult crises, often involving investigations as well as public policy and media challenges.
Roscoe Jones is Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office, and a member of the firm’s Public Policy, Congressional Investigations, and Crisis Management groups. Mr. Jones formerly served as Chief of Staff to U.S. Representative Abigail Spanberger, Legislative Director to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Senior Counsel to U.S. Senator Cory Booker, among other high-level roles on Capitol Hill.
Ashley Hurt Callen has worked on Capitol Hill and in government for over 20 years.  Currently, she serves as the Deputy Staff Director of the House Oversight & Reform Committee.  From January 2019 to March 2020, she was the Chief Counsel for Oversight & Investigations at the House Judiciary Committee.  From 2016 to 2019, she was Chief Counsel and Oversight Subcommittee Staff Director of the House Science, Space, & Technology Committee.  Prior to that, she worked for the House Agriculture Committee and the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee.  Early in her career she worked for individual Members of the House, U.S. Senate, and for the U.S. Air Force General Counsel’s Office. 
Kevin Bailey is a Partner in Brunswick’s Washington D.C. office where he focuses on litigation and crisis communications and corporate reputation management. Mr. Bailey spent nearly two decades counseling major corporate clients at reputational crossroads, often against the backdrop of Congressional, SEC, or other federal government investigations. Mr. Bailey served as BP’s head Washington lawyer for seven years and was a key strategist on the company's response to myriad issues related to the Deepwater Horizon accident in the Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Bailey also helped to shape BP’s public affairs strategies across the United States and served as a key risk management advisor to its Board of Directors for nearly a decade. Before he joined BP, Mr. Bailey practiced law at WilmerHale in Washington and represented dozens of major companies before Congress and government agencies and in complex litigation.

MODERATOR:
F. Joseph Warin is chair of the Litigation Department of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, and co-chair of the firm’s global White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Group. Mr. Warin represents corporations in complex civil litigation, white collar crime, and regulatory and securities enforcement, including special committee representations, FCPA investigations, False Claims Act cases, class action civil litigation, and compliance counseling.
